Third-Party Account Authorization Agreement

This Agreement governs the use of third-party accounts such as WeChat, Apple ID, or Google for login, binding, and related EXMO services.

Article 1. General Provisions

This Agreement is entered into between you and the EXMO Platform regarding the use of third-party accounts for login, binding, and related services.

By choosing to log in or bind your account through a third-party service, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms herein.

Article 2. Scope of Authorization

When logging in with a third-party account, the Platform may obtain necessary public information including nickname, avatar, email address, and unique identifier.

Such information will only be used for registration, login, authentication, and account management.

The Platform will not expand the authorization scope without additional user consent.

Article 3. Use and Protection of Information

User information obtained from third-party accounts will be used solely for account binding and login purposes.

The Platform commits to adopting reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect such information.

Unless required by law or regulation, the Platform will not disclose, sell, or share this information with unrelated third parties.

Article 4. Risk Disclaimer

Third-party accounts and related services are independently provided and operated by third parties. The Platform cannot guarantee their stability, continuity, or availability.

The Platform is not responsible for login or usage failures caused by changes, suspension, or errors in third-party services.

Users must comply with the terms of service and privacy policies of the respective third parties.

Article 5. Revocation and Unbinding

Users may revoke authorization or unbind accounts at any time via the Platform or third-party account settings.

Revoking authorization or unbinding may disable features that rely on third-party accounts.

Upon revocation, the Platform will delete or anonymize related information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 6. Liability Limitation

Consequences arising from third-party service failures, interface changes, or account issues shall be resolved between the user and the third party.

The Platform makes no warranties regarding the legality, accuracy, or availability of services or content provided by third parties.

Users are solely responsible for any account disclosure or loss caused by their own improper actions.

Article 7. Updates and Applicability

The Platform may amend this Agreement based on operational or legal needs, and updates will be posted prominently on the Platform.

Continued use of third-party login or binding services constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.

This Agreement shall be read together with the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, its third-party authorization provisions shall prevail.

Article 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unsuccessful, either party may submit the dispute to the competent court where the Platform operator is located.
