Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how EXMO collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information when you access platform pages, use platform functions, or submit data to EXMO.

Article 1. General Provisions

EXMO attaches great importance to the protection of personal information and privacy.

This Privacy Policy applies to all interactions with EXMO, including usage, registration, and data submission.

Article 2. Information We Collect

We may collect registration data such as email address, mobile number, username, and password.

Where applicable, we may collect identity-verification data such as age or other account-verification details.

We may also collect behavioral data, task records, generation logs, feedback data, click history, device information, third-party login data, dissemination preferences, and semantic behavior tags.

Article 3. How We Use Your Information

Your information may be used for authentication, registration, dissemination task execution, AI content generation, feedback analysis, semantic insights, security operations, risk control, and compliance review.

With explicit consent, EXMO may also use anonymized behavioral data for AI optimization or model training. This authorization is off by default and can be managed in User Center > Settings > Data Usage Consent.

Article 4. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

EXMO does not share, sell, or disclose your personal data to unrelated third parties unless authorized by you, required for core functions, required by law, or involved in merger and restructuring scenarios.

EXMO will not use your personal information for advertising, profiling, or algorithm training unless you give separate explicit consent.

Current third-party SDK integrations include WeChat Login, Apple Sign-In, and Google Sign-In, each used only for authentication and related account functions.

Article 5. Data Storage and Protection

Your data is stored on secure servers located in China and protected through encryption, access controls, and auditing measures.

Sensitive information such as passwords is encrypted in storage.

Upon account deletion, EXMO will erase or anonymize your data to the extent permitted by law, and users will be notified in the event of a data breach as required.

Article 6. Cookies and Local Storage

EXMO may use cookies and local storage for session retention, auto-login, interface optimization, and remembering user preferences and task history.

Users can manage or clear cookies through browser or system settings.

Article 7. Protection of Minors

Users under 14 must use the Platform under parental supervision.

EXMO does not intentionally collect data from minors, and such data will be deleted if discovered.

Article 8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, copy, correct, update, or delete your personal information where legally applicable.

You may also withdraw consent, delete your account, or request data export where available.

To exercise your rights, contact exmo@contact.ai.

Article 9. Algorithmic Logic and Automated Decision-Making Transparency

Certain EXMO functions such as Dissemination Gene, content recommendations, and semantic analysis may rely on algorithmic modeling based on platform behavior data.

These algorithms do not use sensitive identity attributes such as gender, race, religion, or political beliefs for differential treatment.

Users may review dissemination tags, recommendation logic, and rationale through the Dissemination Gene module and request manual review through feedback channels.

Article 10. Data Usage Consent and AI Model Training

The Platform will not use behavioral data for AI model training or algorithm optimization without explicit user consent. This setting is disabled by default.

When users authorize such usage, data is anonymized or de-identified and used only for internal model improvement, not for sale or unrelated sharing.

Users may enable or revoke this authorization at any time without affecting the use of core features.

Article 11. Behavioral Logging and Tracking

With user consent, EXMO records behavioral logs such as task creation, preference editing, content generation, semantic analysis, and task interactions to support task management and Dissemination Gene modeling.

These logs do not involve off-platform tracking or sales of user behavior data.

Article 12. Uploaded Attachments and File Handling

Uploaded files such as text, documents, images, and photos are used only for the current generation or analysis session unless separately authorized.

Users should avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information such as ID numbers, bank details, biometric photos, or health records.

Uploaded content is transmitted through encrypted channels and purged regularly after use.

Article 13. Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated in response to operational or legal changes.

Major changes will be communicated through homepage notices, policy pages, or pop-up prompts, and renewed consent may be requested where required.
