Guardians have the right and responsibility to understand minors’ platform usage and guide safe, healthy, and lawful dissemination behavior.
The Platform complies with laws protecting minors’ information and does not actively collect sensitive information from minors unless necessary to provide services.
EXMO does not use the identity of a minor to recommend paid content, lotteries, or financial services.
Without guardian authorization, personal information from users under 14 will not be used for personalized recommendation or model training.
The AI system may produce ambiguous, exaggerated, adult-like, or anthropomorphic content.
Minor users should understand that AI output is not always factual and should be treated cautiously before reading, quoting, or using it.
EXMO is committed to building a positive and safe environment for young users.
Protective measures include restricting access to high-risk modules, automatically filtering inappropriate content and keywords, and providing guardian guidance and complaint channels.
If the Platform detects false age information or identifies a user under 14, it may suspend or delete the account, restrict features, or initiate guardian verification procedures.
